1 General Terms

3 Age & Eligibility

All 88bat services are for adults only. The following conditions must be met:

88bat takes the protection of minors from gambling very seriously. Any account found to have been opened by a minor will be closed immediately, and any deposited funds will not be returned.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following rules apply to all deposits made on 88bat:

• Withdrawal processing time: within 1–24 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in your own name.

4.3 Transaction Fees

88bat does not charge any deposit fees. However, the payment gateway may apply its own charges, which are the user's responsibility.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 88bat:

5.1 Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason.
• Any pre-match bet placed after a match has kicked off will be considered void.
• 88bat reserves the right to void any bets placed due to a technical error.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds may be voided.

5.2 Match Cancellation & Postponement

• If a match is cancelled, all related bets will be automatically voided and stakes refunded.
• If a match is suspended after a certain point, the outcome will be determined in accordance with 88bat's policy.
• Odds may change due to shifts in playing conditions or circumstances.

5.3 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly during live betting. If the odds shift between the time your bet request is submitted and when it is accepted, the bet may be placed at the updated odds. The odds displayed on the bet confirmation screen are final.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

88bat offers bonuses and promotional deals from time to time. All bonuses are provided subject to the following conditions:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 100% bonus applies on your first deposit.
• A minimum deposit of ৳1,000 BDT is required to qualify for a bonus.
• Bonuses must be used within 30 days of activation.
• A x10 wagering requirement must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Once you have wagered 10 times the bonus amount, it will be converted to real money. For example, a BDT 1,000 bonus requires BDT 10,000 in total bets.

6.3 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• Bonus abuse will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Placing minimum bets solely to claim a bonus is considered bonus abuse.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88bat:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or across different family members to collect bonuses.
• Bonus Abuse: Strategically hedging bets to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Exploiting Technical Vulnerabilities: Exploiting any bug or technical error in the system.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to artificially influence the outcome of any match.
• Fraud: Attempting fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Third-Party Transactions: Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by 88bat

88bat may close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• KYC information is false or incomplete.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

8.2 Closure by User

To close your account at any time, contact 88bat customer support. Make sure to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you are experiencing a gambling problem, you can apply for self-exclusion. This option allows you to suspend your account for a period of 6 months to 5 years.

9 Limitation of Liability

88bat accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Third-party hacking or cyberattack.
• Issues caused by the user's own device.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
• Financial losses from betting are the user's own decision and responsibility.
